Hydraulic fittings Adelaide

Hose tails, couplings and adaptors for hydraulic systems

A broad range of hydraulic fittings and connection options, backed by workshop stock and access to additional supplier ranges.

Hydraulic fittings for Adelaide machinery and equipment

Hydraulic fittings connect hose assemblies, components and equipment across a wide range of hydraulic systems.

Integrated Hose & Fittings stocks hydraulic hose tails, couplings, adaptors, caps, plugs, banjos and bulkheads from our Ridgehaven workshop in Adelaide. We work across multiple thread styles and connection configurations, with additional products available through our supplier network when a particular fitting is not held locally.

For replacement work, customers can bring an existing hose, fitting or adaptor to the workshop so we can review the connection type and work through the replacement requirement.

PRODUCT RANGE

Hydraulic fittings across multiple connection types

Hydraulic systems use different thread and connection styles depending on the machinery, component and hose arrangement.

Our fitting range covers common hydraulic configurations as well as less familiar connection types that may appear across industrial equipment, mobile machinery and imported systems.

BSP fittings and hose tails

BSP connections form part of the hydraulic fitting and hose-tail range available through IHF.

Our supplier range includes BSPP and BSPT thread styles, while BSP hose tails are also available for compatible hydraulic hose assemblies.

JIC fittings and hose tails

JIC is another common thread style available across hose tails and hydraulic adaptors.

We stock and source JIC configurations in different forms depending on how the fitting needs to connect into the hydraulic system.

NPT fittings and hose tails

NPT hose tails and hydraulic adaptors are available for systems using National Pipe Thread connections.

These can form part of replacement or new connection arrangements depending on the machinery or component involved.

Metric fittings

Metric hose tails and adaptors are available for hydraulic systems using metric connection standards.

This is particularly useful where machinery or components use thread styles that differ from BSP, JIC or NPT connections.

ORFS fittings

ORFS thread styles are also available through our supplier range.

These can be sourced as part of a broader adaptor selection when an O-ring face seal connection is required within the hydraulic system.

HOSE TAILS

Hose tails matched with hydraulic hose systems

Hose tails form the connection between hydraulic hose and the equipment or fitting at the end of the assembly.

Our main supplier carries more than 1,800 hose tails across different styles and specifications. These include BSP, Metric, NPT, JIC and Code 61 and Code 62 flange hose tails.

The supplier's hose tails are matched with its hydraulic hose and tested together using specified crimp dimensions. This approach supports matched hose systems rather than combining unrelated hose and end components.

For customers requiring a complete replacement rather than fittings alone, we also manufacture hydraulic hose assemblies from our Ridgehaven workshop.

FLANGES

Code 61 and Code 62 flange connections

Hydraulic systems using flange connections may require Code 61 or Code 62 hose tails and related connection components.

These flange styles form part of the hose-tail range available through IHF and can be used where the hydraulic system is designed around this type of connection.

Because the exact arrangement depends on the equipment, the existing hose or fitting can provide a useful reference when a replacement is required.

COUPLINGS

Hydraulic couplings for quick connection and disconnection

Our coupling range includes flat-face couplers and poppet-style agricultural couplers held in stock.

Through multiple suppliers, we can also source other coupling types when the application requires a different connection style.

That flexibility is useful where a customer is working with machinery or equipment that uses a less common coupling or where the existing product is not part of the standard workshop range.

ADAPTORS

Hydraulic adaptors in multiple thread configurations

Hydraulic adaptors allow different thread styles, sizes and connection arrangements to be joined within the same system.

We stock a large range of adaptors at Ridgehaven, with access to additional supplier ranges covering thread styles including:

      • JIC
      • BSPP
      • BSPT
      • NPT
      • Metric
      • Komatsu
      • ORFS

      Adaptor configurations include:

      • Straights
      • Elbows
      • Tees
      • Crosses
      • Bulkheads
      • Plugs
      • Caps
      • Male-to-male
      • Female-to-male
      • Female-to-female
      • Solid and swivel configurations

      OTHER FITTINGS

Caps, plugs, banjos and bulkhead fittings

Not every hydraulic connection requires a hose tail or adaptor.

Our fitting range also includes caps and plugs, banjos and bolts, and bulkhead fittings for suitable hydraulic systems and connection arrangements.

These products can be supplied alongside hose tails, couplings and adaptors when several different fitting types are required for the same equipment or maintenance job.

      SELECTION

      Identifying the right hydraulic fitting

Hydraulic fittings can look similar while using different threads, sealing methods or connection arrangements.

When a customer has an existing fitting, hose or adaptor, bringing the component into the Ridgehaven workshop gives our team something physical to compare against the available range.

We can then work through the thread style and fitting configuration required. Where the exact fitting is not held in workshop stock, our broader supplier network gives us access to additional ranges.

      RELATED PRODUCTS

Fittings as part of a complete hose assembly

Hydraulic fittings often form part of a larger hose or component requirement.

We manufacture hydraulic hose assemblies using matched hose and hose tails, while thermoplastic hydraulic hose and PTFE & specialist hose assemblies cover other specialist hose requirements.

For customers sourcing pumps, cylinders, valves or related equipment, our broader hydraulic components range provides another connection into the hydraulic system.

      WORKSHOP STOCK

      Hydraulic fittings stocked in Ridgehaven

Integrated Hose & Fittings stocks hydraulic hose tails, adaptors, couplings and associated fittings at our Ridgehaven workshop in Adelaide.

Our local stock includes a broad range of frequently used products, while our supplier network provides access to additional thread styles, configurations and coupling types when required.

Customers can visit the trade counter with an existing fitting or hose or contact us about a specific hydraulic connection requirement.

      ADELAIDE SUPPORT

      Hydraulic fitting supply across Adelaide

We supply hydraulic fittings, couplings and adaptors to customers across Adelaide from our Ridgehaven workshop.

The range supports hose assembly work, machinery maintenance, equipment repairs and other hydraulic connection requirements. Customers can collect products from the trade counter or bring in an existing hose or fitting where identification is part of the job.

      WHY US

Why customers use IHF for hydraulic fittings

Hydraulic fitting requirements are not always straightforward, particularly when different thread styles or mixed connection configurations are involved.

Our workshop stock covers a broad range of hose tails, couplings and adaptors, while multiple suppliers extend the range when a less common fitting is required.

Combined with more than 30 years of hydraulic hose industry experience behind the business, this gives customers a practical way to work through both common and harder-to-identify fitting requirements.
